Note to Self – DDH IPA

Note To Self is a brand new DDH IPA. We have made some tweaks to past recipes and processes to bring a more intense and enjoyable DDH experience. We’ve bumped up the body and the intensity that comes out of the dry hop. The result is a beer that is exploding with tangerine, melon, and papaya. A velvety mouthfeel brings it onto the palate softly and a hint of bitterness on the back of the palate balances out the juicy tropical flavours perfectly.
