Group Hug- WC IPA

Group Hug is the next edition in our journey to create the most balanced and drinkable West Coast style IPA. For this recipe, we focused on more “new school” hops, utilizing Ekuanot and Trident on the hot side and Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra Cryo in the dry hop. There is a medium bitterness, with flavours of orange peel, pine, subdued resin and a hint of passionfruit the further through the beer you get. The back end of the beer is crisp and clean, with a dry and bitter finish which is balanced delicately with a hint of grapefruit and malt sweetness. Old school meets new school.
