Flipside – OC IPA

Flip Side is an Oat Cream IPA, dry-hopped with a tantalizing combo of US Citra and Centennial with Australian Galaxy hops. On the nose expect to be greeted with sticky overripe mango and a hint of light rockmelon. When this golden nectar touches your tongue, the pillowy softness may make you think you’re dreaming. Rich passionfruit, sweet mango upfront, with not a hint of bitterness on the backend. The finish is soft and juicy, with a velvet coating of sweet fruit. Catch you on the flip side.
